Well this will be my first crack at blogging. I have heard so much about this and I am willing to give it a shot. I have been a jewelry designer for the past 6 years and love every minute of it. I find myself not able to get creating ideas out of my mind. All day long I look at pieces of the world in ways to make a necklace out of my visual thoughts...Sound bizaar I know but I cannot help it. I don't have the same feelings about bracelets or earrings. Just necklaces. Although I force myself to design bracelets and earrings too. This is my business after all. Maybe this comes from my Interior Design backround. I don't know? I had been in that business for several years before doing a burnout.
After returning from a long awaited "fun" 4 days in Beverly Hills, I had the oppurtunity to view a lot of different jewelry trends. I found the best is still fashion plus quality. I do not like to sacrifice quality but feel most will in order to have more.
